These are organizations which are authorized to distribute the learning products of MH Kinaesthetics. They represent Kinaesthetics programs within defined market areas and have entered into commercial agreements with Maietta-Hatch Inc.
These are the licensed Trainers and Trainers of Trainers who are authorized to transfer the knowledge and skills of MH Kinaesthetics programs to others as long as they do so in cooperation with authorized distribution organizations.
Maietta-Hatch Inc. holds all commercial ownership rights of Kinaesthetics programs, courses, trademarks and products. It grants the rights to use them and to make them available to other users through licensing agreements. It reserves the right to interpret Kinaesthetics, create new programs and products, brand them, and make them available worldwide.

User groups interested in promoting new programs based on Kinaesthetics methods and insights.
Participants in Maietta-Hatch Kinaesthetics courses who learn to apply Kinaesthetics. These are the end-users.
All of these functional units are free standing identities which enter into contracts to work with each other under the umbrella of Maietta-Hatch Kinaesthetics. The various individuals may leave the relationship without prejudice, but they may not take with them the trade names, logos, programs, or products that are created inside of the enterprise. This free association of knowledge, skills and talents is dependent upon the ongoing good will and honor of the participants. It is an exercise in the practice of an open society.
